NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that under and by virtue of a Judgment and Decree in the above entitled action, dated June 22, 2017, entered on June 26, 2017, a certified copy of which has been delivered to me directing the sale of the premises hereinafter described to satisfy the amount found and adjudged due to said Plaintiff in the above entitled action from Defendant(s) Vaughn E. Ormseth, the Sheriff of Hennepin County, will sell at public auction to the highest bidder for cash, on August 30, 2017 at 9:00 a.m., at the Hennepin County Sheriff's Office, Civil Unit, 350 S. 5th St #30, in the City of Minneapolis, said county and state, the premises and real estate described in said Judgment and Decree, legally described as: Unit No. 6, Condominium No. 278, 2501 Girard, a Kenwood Condominium Residence, Hennepin County, Minnesota. Being Registered Land as is evidenced by Certificate of Title No. 1049837 being also known and numbered as 2501 Girard Ave. S., #6, Minneapolis, MN 55405; PID # 33-029-24-13-0179.
