Doussett, the Sheriff of Hennepin County will sell at public auction to the highest bidder for cash, on July 26, 2019, at 10:00 am, at the Hennepin County Sheriff, Civil Unit - Room 30, 350 South Fifth Street, Minneapolis, MN 55415, the premises and real estate described in said Judgment and Decree:
Lot 8, Block 3, Nokomis South Park Addition to Minneapolis, Hennepin County, Minnesota to pay the debt secured by said mortgage and taxes, if any, on said premises and the costs and disbursements, including attorney's fees allowed by law, subject to redemption within 6 months from the date of the confirmation of sale by the mortgagor(s) the personal representatives or assigns.
