Abed, the Sheriff of Hennepin County will sell at public auction to the highest bidder for cash, on February 20, 2018 at 10:00 am, at the Hennepin County Sheriff's Office, 350 South Fifth Street, Civil Division, Room 30 Old Courthouse, Minneapolis, MN 55415, the premises and real estate described in said Judgment and Decree: Living Unit No. L405, and Garage Unit No. G41, Condominium No. 545, La Rive, a Condominium, Hennepin County, Minnesota. to pay the debt secured by said mortgage and taxes, if any, on said premises and the costs and disbursements, including attorney's fees allowed by law, subject to redemption within 6 months from the date of the confirmation of sale by the mortgagor(s) the personal representatives or assigns.
