In the matter of the Petition of U.S. Bank, National Association, as Trustee for Lehman XS Trust Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-7N in relation to Certificate of Title No. 606737 issued for land in the County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota and legally described as follows:
The South 100.00 feet of the following described property: That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 28, Township 117, Range 22, commencing at a point 314.01 feet East of the West line and 214.86 feet; North of the South line of said Subdivision, thence Northerly parallel with the West line of said Subdivision 322.29 feet; thence Westerly 314.01 feet to a point on the West line of said Subdivision 107.6 feet from the Northwest corner thereof; thence Southerly along West line 322.8 feet; thence Easterly 314.01 feet to the point of beginning, excepting and reserving for public road a strip of land 20 feet wide along the West side of the above described tract.

Upon receiving and filing the Report of the Examiner of Titles in the above-entitled matter, IT IS ORDERED, that you, and all persons interested, appear before this Court on March 1, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. in Room A-702 of the Hennepin County Government Center at 300 South Sixth Street, Minneapolis, MN 55487, and then, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, show cause, if there is any, why this Court should not enter an Order as follows:
That the Registrar of Titles, upon the filing with the Registrar of a certified copy of this Order, cancel Certificate of Title No. 606737 and enter a new Certificate of Title for the land therein described in favor of Twin Cities Rehabitual Group, LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company, 780 Delaware Ave., St. Paul, MN 55107, subject to the existing recitals and the memorials of Document Nos. T1214078, T2600101 and T2685248, but free from all other memorials now appearing on the present Certificate of Title, the last of which is Document No. T5503085, and free also from the memorial of this Order.
Attendance is required only by those who wish to object to the entry of the above-described Order.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that this Order to Show Cause be served:
(a) at least ten (10) days before the hearing upon the above-named parties residing in the State in the manner provided by law for the service of a Summons in a civil action;
(b) at least fourteen days before the hearing upon each of the above-named nonresidents by sending a copy of this Order to the nonresident's post office address, by Registered or Certified mail, return receipt requested;
(c) upon each of the above-named parties who cannot be found by two weeks published notice and by sending a copy of this Order at least fourteen days before the hearing by first class mail to the last known address of the party and by sending another copy of this Order at least 14 days before the hearing by first class mail to the address of such party as stated on the Certificate of Title if an address is so stated;
(d) upon a dissolved, withdrawn, or revoked business entity governed by Minn. Stat. Chapters 302A, 303, 317A, 321, 322B, or 323A in the manner provided by Minn. Stat. § 5.25. (Note: return date on Order to Show Cause must be at least 30 days after date of mailing by the Secretary of State.)
