Serenity Investments, LLC, Daniel Anderson, John Doe, Mary Roe and ABC Corporation and all other persons or parties unknown claiming any right, title, estate, lien or interest in the real estate described in the Complaint herein,
Defendant(s).
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that under and by virtue of a Judgment and Decree entered in the above entitled action on October 11, 2018, a certified copy of which has been delivered to me directing the sale of the premises hereinafter described to satisfy the amount found and adjudged due to said Plaintiff in the above entitled action from Defendant, Serenity Investments, LLC, the Sheriff of Hennepin County, will sell at public auction to the highest bidder for cash, on January 14, 2019, at 10:00 a.m., at Hennepin County Sheriff's Office, Civil Unit, 350 South Fifth Street, Room 30, Minneapolis, MN 55415, said county and state, the premises and real estate described in said Judgment and Decree, to-wit:
That part of Lot 2, Section 22, Township 117 North, Range 24, West of the 5th Principal Meridian, escribed as follows: Commencing on the West line of Government Lot 2, Section 22, Township 117, Range 24 at a point 325.07 feet North of the Southwest corner of said Lot; thence Southeasterly along the Westerly line of Halsted Park produced 266.5 feet to the Northwesterly side of Halsted Avenue in said Addition; thence Northeasterly along Halsted Avenue a distance of 520.8 feet to the Easterly line of Koehler Street; which point is the point of beginning of the land to described; thence continuing Northeasterly along the Northerly line of Halsted Avenue a distance of 329.2 feet to its intersection with the Easterly line of Halsted Park extended; thence Northwesterly along Easterly line of Halsted Park, extended a distance of 242.5 feet to its intersection with a line parallel with and 11.2 chains East of the West line of Government Lot 2; thence North along said line to the center of County Road a distance of 249.86 feet; thence Westerly along the center line of County Road 477.0 feet to the East line of Koehler Street; thence Southeasterly an angle of 88 degrees 45 minutes a distance of 281 feet; thence at an angle to the left of this line extended of 18 degrees 17 minutes a distance of 164.0 feet; thence at an angle of 10 degrees 27 minutes to the left of this line extended of 89.1 feet to the point of beginning, Hennepin County, Minnesota, being also known and numbered as 6701 County Road 110 West, Minnetrista, MN 55364,
AND
Lots 1, 2 and 3, Halsted Heights, Hennepin County, being also known and numbered as 6639 Bartlett Boulevard, Mound, MN 55364.
THE TIME ALLOWED BY LAW FOR REDEMPTION BY THE MORTGAGOR, THE MORTGAGOR'S PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES OR ASSIGNS, MAY BE REDUCED TO FIVE WEEKS IF A JUDICIAL ORDER IS ENTERED UNDER MINNESOTA STATUTES SECTION 582.032 DETERMINING, AMONG OTHER THINGS, THAT THE MORTGAGED PREMISES ARE IMPROVED WITH A RESIDENTIAL DWELLING OF LESS THAN 5 UNITS, ARE NOT PROPERTY USED FOR AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTION, AND ARE ABANDONED.
