YOU ARE NOTIFIED THAT, Association Name: Bloomfield Townhomes Association (the "Association") 1. Default has occurred in the conditions of the Common Interest Community Number 250, A Planned Community, Bloomfield Townhomes Declaration (the "Declaration") by Sarah Stodolka, as fee owner(s) of the below-described property subject to said Declaration. 2. Pursuant to the Declaration, filed in the Office of the County Recorder for Dakota County, Minnesota, on August 13, 1999, as Document No. 1629230, and all amendments thereto, and the Statement of Assessment Lien, filed in the Office of the County Recorder for Dakota County, Minnesota on November 14, 2025 as Document No. 3700090, and/or Minnesota Statutes Chapters 515B, a lien exists for unpaid assessments and fees. 3. No action or proceeding has been instituted at law to recover the debt secured by the lien or any part thereof, or if an action has been instituted it has been dismissed or discharged prior to the commencement of these proceedings. 4.
