A Petition has been filed with this Court for the formal probate of an instrument purporting to be the Will of the Decedent dated, May 11, 2011 ("Will"), and for the appointment of Amber M. Gregor, whose address is 6639 Union Lake Trail Lonsdale, MN 55046 as
Personal Representative of the Estate of the Decedent in an unsupervised administration. If no objections are filed, and if the relief requested is appropriate and supported, the requested relief may be granted. Any objections to the Petition must be mailed, emailed,
faxed, or filed in the electronic filing system, together with the court filing fee, prior to May 28, 2026. IT IS ORDERED AND NOTICE IS GIVEN that any objections to the Petition must be made by U.S. Mail, fax, e-mail, or eFiling by May 28, 2026. Objections by U.S. Mail can be sent to Scott County Court Administration, 200 West Fourth Avenue, Shakopee, MN 55379. Objections by fax can be sent to 952-496-8211. Objections by e-mail can be sent to scott.fax@courts.state.mn.us. If proper, and no objections are filed or made, the Petition may be granted. If objections are filed or made, or the Respondent's attorney requests for any reason, the hearing will be rescheduled.
Pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 524.3-403, notice shall be given to any person who has filed a demand for notice under Minn. Stat. § 524.3-204. Notice shall also be given to the surviving spouse, children, and other heirs of the decedent, the devisees and personal representatives named in any Will that is being or has been probated, or offered for informal or formal probate in the county, or that is known by the Petitioner to have been probated, or offered for informal or formal probate elsewhere, and any personal representative of the decedent whose appointment has not been terminated, by mailing a copy of the Notice at least 14 days before the time set for the hearing by certified, registered or ordinary first class mail addressed to the person being notified. Notice of the hearing shall also be given by publication once a week for two consecutive weeks in a legal newspaper in the county where the hearing is to be held, the last publication of which is to be at least ten days before the time set for hearing. Notice is further given that (subject to Minnesota Statutes § 524.3-801) all creditors having claims against the Estate are required to present the claims to the Personal Representative or to the Court Administrator within four months after the date of this Notice or the claims will be barred. A charitable beneficiary may request notice of the probate proceedings be given to the Attorney General pursuant to Minnesota Statutes § 501B.41, subdivision 5.
