You are hereby notified that a complaint has been filed by the above-named plaintiff in which you are named as an interested party. This complaint concerns a parcel of land in Belmont, Middlesex County, and said Commonwealth being known as and numbered 87 Richardson Road. Plaintiffs allege that title to the subject property is clouded due to a missing assignment of mortgage from defunct foreign corporation, Residential Funding Corporation. Plaintiffs seek a judgment declaring that all obligations secured by the mortgage given by James M. Russo and Judith M. Russo to Leader Mortgage Company, Inc. dated November 30, 1992 and recorded with the Middlesex South County Registry of Deeds in Book 22672, Page 550, and assigned to BancBoston Mortgage Corporation via an Assignment dated November 30, 1992 and recorded on December 1, 1992 in the Registry in Book 22672, Page 557, and further assigned to Residential Funding Corporation via an Assignment dated December 28, 1992 and recorded on October 2, 2006 in the Registry in Book 23653, Page 19, and discharged by BancBoston Mortgage Corporation via a Discharge dated April 26, 1994 and recorded on May 20, 1994 in the Registry in Book 24553, Page 90 have been performed, discharging said mortgage, and such further relief as may be deemed just and proper.

Chicoine, Esq., of The Wagner Law Group whose address is One Financial Center, Suite 3610, Boston, MA, an answer to the complaint on or before the eighteenth day of August, 2025, next, the return day, hereof, and a copy thereof must be filed in this court on or before said day.
If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for relief demanded in the complaint. Unless otherwise provided by Rule 13(a), your answer must state as a counterclaim any claim which you may have against the plaintiff which arise out of the transaction or occurrence that is the subject matter of the plaintiffs' claim, or you will thereafter be barred from making such claim in any other action.
It is ORDERED that notice be given by publishing a copy of this notice once in The Star Tribune, a newspaper published in Minneapolis, in the State of Minnesota, at least thirty days before the eighteenth day of August 2025.
