Association Name: Providence Pointe Condominium Association, Inc. (the "Association")
1. Default has occurred in the conditions of the Common Interest Community Number 1098, Condominium, Providence Pointe Condominiums, Amended and Restated Declaration (the "Declaration") by Jessica Ann Rauch, as fee owner(s) of the below-described property subject to said Declaration.
2. Pursuant to the Declaration, filed in the Office of the Registrar of Titles for Scott County, Minnesota, on December 15, 2022, as Document No. T279382 and all amendments thereto, and the Statement of Assessment Lien, filed in the Office of the Registrar of Titles for Scott County, Minnesota on March 6, 2026 as Document No. T291616, and/or Minnesota Statutes Chapters 515B, a lien exists for unpaid assessments and fees.
3. No action or proceeding has been instituted at law to recover the debt secured by the lien or any part thereof, or if an action has been instituted it has been dismissed or discharged prior to the commencement of these proceedings.
