NOTICE AND ORDER FOR
HEARING ON PETITION FOR FORMAL ADJUDICATION OF
INTESTACY, DETERMINATION OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE AND NOTICE TO
CREDITIORS
IT IS ORDERED AND NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to Minnesota Supreme Court order ADM20-8001 a hearing will be heard remotely on April 30, 2025 at 9:00am by this court for formal adjudication of intestacy and determination of heirs of the Decedent, and for the appointment of Sacred Promise Oakgrove, Whos address is 708 27th Ave #301, Minneapolis, Minnesota 55454 as Personal Representative of the estate of the Decedent in an UNSUPERVISED administration. if proper and no objections are filed, the Personal Representative will be appointed with full power to the Estate including the power to collect all assets, to pay all legal debts, claims, taxes, and expenses, to sell real and personal property, and to do all necessary acts for the Estate.
If you wish to appear at the hearing please contact the court by phone at (612) 348-6000 so that arrangements can be made for you to appear.
If you object to the relief sought, you must file a written objection with the court by 4;30PM April 29, 2025. Written objections not filed by the ordered date and time will not be considered. Written Objections may be filed with the required filing fee one of two ways: 1) mailed to the Hennepin County District Court - Probate\Mental Health Divison, 300 South Sixth Street - C4 Gov. CTr., Minneapolis, MN 55487-0340 OR 2) Electronically filed using the electronic filing system.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that notice shall be given by: 1) publication once a week for two consecutive weeks in a legal newspaper in Hennepin County, the publication of which should be at least ten (10) days before the legal deadline for objections;AND 2) mailing Via U.S Postal Service a copy this Notice and order postmarked at least fourteen (14) days prior to the deadline for objections to all interested parties as defined in the Minnesota Stature 524.1-401 and persons who have filed demand for notice pursuant to the Minnesota Statures 524.2-204. Any Charitable Beneficiary may request notice of the probate proceeding be given the attorney general pursuant to Minnesota Statures 501B.42 Subdivision 5.
NOTICE IS ALSO GIVEN that ( Subject to Minnesota Statures 524.3-8010) all creditors having claims against the estate are required to be present the claims to to the Personal Representative or to the court within four months after this date of this notice or the claims will be barred.
