The Scott County CDA will receive sealed bids for the construction of 3-single family homes for their Community Land Trust Program project on Moraine Drive in Shakopee, MN as specified in the bid documents.
Bid Deadline:
10:00 AM (local time) on

Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at that time.
Virtual Conference:
A virtual session is scheduled for July 29, 2025, at 10:00 AM (local time). Attendance is optional for all prospective bidders. Contractors will be afforded a Q&A session and receive an overview of the project.

It is the bidder's responsibility to verify all issued addenda.
Bid Security:
A 5% bid security in the form of a certified check, bank draft, or bid bond is required.
Successful bidder must furnish performance and payment bonds equal to 100% of the contract amount.
Project Info:
Work is expected to begin Fall 2025 (Phase 1 of 3) for 10 single family homes. A single prime contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, subject to CDA Board approval. No bids may be withdrawn for 45 days after the bid opening.
The Scott County CDA reserves the right to reject any or all bids and cancel the solicitation in whole or in part.
Issued in accordance with Minnesota Statutes §§ 375.21, 471.345, and 471.35.
