proposals from Disadvantaged Business Certified Contractors for subcontracting opportunities for the City of Saint Paul, Minnesota - 2024 Citywide Sewer Lining project. We are soliciting quotes for the following items: Traffic Control, Sewer Cleaning and CCTV, Bypass | Flow Control | Diversion, Excavation and Civil Work, Chemical Grouting, Erosion Control, Landscape Restoration, Sanitary Sewer Line Installation, Concrete Saw Cutting, Asphalt & Concrete Pavement Restoration, Trucking, as well as any applicable items not listed. All quotations applicable to the construction of this project will be accepted and reviewed. All Disadvantaged Business Certified Contractors and Suppliers should contact our Estimator, Sam Huschen at shuschen@michels.us with all questions pertaining to this project. All negotiations must be completed prior to close of business 3/26/25. Cost evaluation will be based on the lowest responsible quote. We are an equal opportunity employer.
