NOTICE OF ASSESSMENT LIEN FORECLOSURE SALE
YOU ARE NOTIFIED THAT,
Association Name: College Highlands Home Owners Association (the "Association")
1. Default has occurred in the conditions of the Common Interest Community Number 692, Planned Community, College Highlands Home Owners Association Amended and Restated Declaration (the "Declaration") by Rebecca L. DiMaio, as fee owner(s) of the below-described property subject to said Declaration.
2. Pursuant to the Declaration, filed in the Office of the Registrar of Titles for Dakota County, Minnesota, on May 16, 2023, as Document No. 873197, and all amendments thereto, and the Statement of Assessment Lien, filed in the Office of the Registrar of Titles for Dakota County, Minnesota on March 19, 2025, as Document No. 891771, and/or Minnesota Statutes Chapters 515B, a lien exists for unpaid assessments and fees.
3. No action or proceeding has been instituted at law to recover the debt secured by the lien or any part thereof, or if an action has been instituted it has been dismissed or discharged prior to the commencement of these proceedings.
