NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that default has been made in the terms and conditions of the Declaration of The Highlands of Edinburgh Second Association (henceforth the "Declaration") recorded in the office of the Recorder for Hennepin County, Minnesota on June 4, 1986, as Document No. 5115293, which covers the following property:
Lot 23, Block 3, The Highlands of Edinburgh Second, Hennepin County, Minnesota
WHEREAS, pursuant to said Declaration, there is claimed to be due and owing as of April 7, 2025, from Isaac Nchoroke and Abisaba Kwambo Choroge, title holder, to The Highlands of Edinburgh Second Association, a Minnesota non-profit corporation, the principal amount of Four Thousand, Five Hundred Thirty-Five and 02/100ths Dollars ($4,535.02) for assessments, late fees and related charges, plus assessments, collection costs, attorneys' fees and other amounts will be incurred since said date, including costs of collection and foreclosure;
